okie, i swear it's the weirdest thing that had happen to me ever..

i switched on my laptop and opened my media player.. clicked on the first song, This Ain't A Scene, It's An Arms Race by Fall Out Boy.. and soon after the song ended, the next song played was Dance, Dance..

i thought it was freaky so i decided to check my play mode and it was on shuffle.. okay.. maybe it was just a coincidence.. not so when the next 2 songs were also from Fall Out Boy..

now, that is simply unacceptable.. how is that possible?! on shuffle mode?! could this be a sign?! haha.. well, it could be preparing me for the day where i would be watching them performing "live".. yea, i'm going to watch them this Saturday.. wee!

this is so irritating.. i've avoided upgrading my blogger account until today.. where they refuse to sign me in unless i upgrade mine.. eeks! call me old fashion, call me whatever.. i just don't like the hassle of re-creating my account again and learning the ropes of this website all over again.. damn it!

okay, since i've got time on my hands.. why not? i'm doing some serious bumming at home right now.. and i've just started reading another of Dan Brown's book.. thanks to Faiz.. he figured that i would have too much time to kill and borrowed the book from Prem.. and i am supposed to clean up my room according to my to-do list but i'm doing some major procrastinating too.. haha.. oh well, i'll get down to that once i'm done with uploading some pictures!

- sushi buffet.. totally out of this world!
- pool at Cuppage.. it was so empty, i can jump from tables to tables!
- Kbox at Cineleisure.. we sang till we could sang no more!
- midnight movie.. Ghost Rider! good in a funny and lame way!

birthday suprise at the studio for Alfrey yesterday! he's forever 21.. hah.. and Protege was good but i find the story was dragged too long and the ending was too abrupt.. i think i prefer One Last Dance..

and it's time for me to get ready and go over to my boyfriend's place.. we're going to watch DVDs, tele and play games! wee~

i just came back from my farewell supper with my colleagues.. technically, we are still colleagues because i am still under the employment of the company till 22nd.. it's just that my last working day was today..

i have closed another chapter in my life..

i can't describe how i am feeling right now.. i can't put it in the right words.. i feel heavy hearted yet somehow phlegmatic towards leaving.. what i know is that, that place was close like home.. that place was too comfortable, i didn't want to move out of it..

from mere strangers to colleagues to friends.. from the many laughters to total exasperation.. no matter how many friendships we have in our lives, the root of it would still be a handful of people who are your true friends.. friends that matter..

oh did i mention, it's my last day today.. the effort in trying to coax me to stay is still going on.. i'll be having another chit chat session on Friday..

somehow, i can't figure what is it that i want to pen down.. in any case, it'd just be another entry where i tell you guys of what i did the past week.. so, let's leave it to that..

10th - Underwaterworld after so many years is great because it relives whatever memory you had when you were a kid.. it makes you feel small and young with no adult worries just like dory.. pink dolphins!! i'd love to touch them but i didn't had extra clothes so that sucks.. and dinner at Cafe Del Mar.. it was a nice chillout place.. should make the trip in again some day just to chill.. well, Nik and i didn't plan all these for nothing right.. that's because it was our pre-Valentine's Day Celebration.. *love*

13th - i helped Az packed for real! haha.. well, at least i got most of the things stuffed inside.. she was amazed! the wonders of me! haha.. oh well.. i wasn't able to send her off thanks to stupid work.. and there was no drama.. it was just as sad though.. it was this round of holidays that we found out and did more.. like our song - Me & You by Cassie and quitting the nicotine supply.. we haven't come a long way but we've been through quite a load..

14th - for the first time ever, i had to work on Valentine's Day.. so, it was Ian's suprise birthday party.. *supplies!!*

and i felt really empty.

17th - Chinese New Year Eve.. my family didn't have the tradition for reunion dinner and all.. that's because whoever we'll be seeing on the eve, we'll just be seeing them again the next day.. my dad only has one sibling.. that's why.. and we don't go visiting at all.. Epic Movie was a disappointment in the theatre.. but somehow, when you talked about it, it does seem funny.. maybe, watch the show to waste your money not having a good laugh in the cinema but better laugh when you start reliving scenes..

18th - for the first time in donkey years, my dad's cousins visited my grandma.. well, it was only after the recent passing of their dad.. who is my grandma's brother that makes him my late granduncle.. haiz.. their sibling rivalry tore us apart and hadn't done us any good at all.. imagine the amount of ang pows i could have gotten all these years without the drama! haha.. i am so evil!

i am freaking indecisive aren't i? ha.. well, it's not about that.. maybe the fact that i am too soft-hearted.. and how do i change that?

erm.. i don't know.. i need to learn how to be firm and say no.. well, i can stay and help.. out of goodwill of course.. it's not about the extra money that i can pocket.. i need to break away..

the problem here now is no longer about staying.. it's about saying no.. and being firm because i know if i were to give in now, he would for sure try to persuade me again.. no way..

i think for now, i'd go watch tv with Fadli..

no matter how tired i am, i won't be able to sleep even after tucking myself in under my blanket and burning my sweet promegranate scented oil.. not to mention soothing my tired eyes with my eye mask.. nothing seems to work to make me sleep.. somebody save me?

in matter of 9 working days, i will no longer be the employee of Pastamania.. quite a number of my friends were saying that it's about time or that i've finally tendered the long overdue resignation letter.. i miss all of them.. how to meet up?! they are all serving the nation as underpaid labour.. haha..

and so, i've touched my 24th day of nicotine-free lifestyle.. it's not easy.. i almost cave in to the temptation of "releasing stress" many times.. i need all the support i can get.. and my partner in crime is doing fine.. it's not so fine when we both had huge meals and all we could talk about was how we would be smoking, how good it would feel to have menthol in our lungs.. yea, yea.. we are each others' pillars as well as the devil's advocate.. haha..

i still love her new granny panties! trust me, she looked great in it! hott momma!

quick update for the past week..

we had a farewell chalet for Amaida on 31st January.. it was a last minute decision.. suggested by Danny..

i've been receiving calls at work from people who were asking why.. and my answer was because it was time..

measures were taken to persuade me to stay.. "if you leave, all the best to you.. but if you stay, i'll be very happy.."

spending time with my sweetheart after 2 weeks of not meeting is bliss.. i'm so in love..

watched Babel with my darling, Alfrey and Zana.. no Japan trip for the boyfriend, thanks to the show..

had dinner with my sunshine and his family.. his dad and uncles were cute.. Bernard was full of suprises..

the long wait and late dinner at Fish & Co with Az was absolutely worth it.. because i get to laugh at her.. i definitely got used to it after an hour.. and she brought me to Mustaffa Centre at midnight to buy some granny undies for myself.. sexy shit!

eventful week eh?! yea.. it was fun.. =)
